How long does shipping take?

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible from sunny Southern California. After you place your order, it will typically take 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Need it faster? Message us at hello@quartzandhoney.com and we’ll see what we can do! We will send email confirmations to keep you posted on your order and shipment details along the way.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous states in the United States.

I love your curated gift boxes, but I would like to customize my own. How do I do that?

We love working with our clients to ensure that they love their gifts.  If you have something in mind, email us at hello@quartzandhoney.com.  

I'm interested in buying for a large event. Do you have enough in stock?

I'm interested in getting my products featured in your boxes. Do you work with new vendors?

Yes! We love finding out about new products and love to share them in our boxes if they are a good fit! Please email us at hello@quartzandhoney.com

What's your refund policy?

Since our boxes are curated, we do not offer refunds. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to replace your product.
